Head of Product

As Head of Product at Dusk, you will be responsible for turning our Zedger product suite and DLT-TSS documentation into a scalable product that can be seamlessly integrated by financial institutions, such as MTF exchanges. You will lead the development and product lifecycle, making sure our technology meets the needs of regulated asset pipelines and aligns with industry regulations and standards. You’ll work closely with the internal tech, business development, legal and marketing teams, as well as external partners, to define product strategy and ensure smooth integration and easy adoption of our solution.

The Product 

Zedger is Dusk’s flagship product suite designed for financial institutions to facilitate regulated, tokenized, and non-tokenized asset settlement. By leveraging DLT Technology, Zedger supports seamless integration with MTF exchange backends, enabling both digital and traditional financial assets to be settled in a compliant manner. The technology is designed to cater to regulated markets, ensuring full alignment with financial regulations while offering end-to-end tokenization capabilities. Zedger’s core value lies in providing a scalable, regulatory-compliant solution that accelerates the adoption of tokenization in financial markets.

The job

Responsibilities

• Lead the productization of the Zedger product suite and DLT-TSS documentation, ensuring seamless integration with MTF exchanges and financial institutions while driving product strategy across tech, business development, legal, and marketing teams.
• Coordinate backend and frontend development to support tokenized and non-tokenized asset settlements, while providing end-to-end tokenization tools for institutional partners in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional partners and regulators, ensuring successful product integrations, regulatory compliance, and adoption of Dusk's technology within regulated financial markets.
• Define product roadmaps and service-level agreements (SLAs), setting clear deliverables, timelines, and KPIs to track product success and ensure operational reliability for clients adopting the Zedger suite.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in fintech or regulated markets, with a strong understanding of financial regulations, asset settlement, and blockchain technology (DLT and smart contracts).
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving product strategy, particularly in the context of complex, regulated environments like MTF exchanges or financial institutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to engage with regulators and institutional partners to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth product integration.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously, developing product roadmaps, and measuring performance through key metrics.
• You are located within timezones UTC and UTC +3.

Priority Skillset

Ideal candidates will have experience working with MTF exchanges or regulated financial institutions and a strong understanding of interoperability standards used in these markets. Hands-on experience in productizing blockchain or fintech solutions for B2B clients is highly valued. Familiarity with the issuance and settlement processes of regulated assets will further strengthen the candidate's ability to drive product success.
