Sozu: Liquid Staking on Dusk

Liquid staking is coming to Dusk!

Thanks to Sozu, liquid staking will be available for the Dusk community.

Sozu aims to launch in Q4, and we are working with the Sozu team to support their work building on Dusk. After months of meetings, we can finally share this news with the community.

In addition to the standard staking rewards, there will be an additional 200K DUSK rewards for early adopters of the platform. More details will follow at a later announcement.

Liquid staking protocols have become a hugely important feature of thriving blockchain ecosystems as they allow token holders to stake their tokens and receive rewards, all while staying liquid. Doing so brings activity and liquidity to the ecosystem and encourages more builders to join! We are pleased that not only will DUSK holders be able to stake their tokens, but that the community has created the project.

The Sozu team comprises experienced members, with the team already running nodes for Solana and Wormhole (to name a few), and being active developers and Dusk community members for years.

We are excited to share this news, and can’t wait for the Sozu team to deploy on Dusk mainnet. We will share more information and timelines as we have them.
